Customising your offer with the My TeamCard app
Our ‘My TeamCard’ app engages members and fans by providing personal data regarding their activity, including:
- what tickets they have for events
- what events they attended and when
- all their loyalty point activity while making purchases
The My TeamCard app integrates seamlessly with TeamCard’s Cloud Membership solution and stadium access control system.
Information on your members
- The app can show a member’s full history of attendance, including dates and times
- You can also access a full history of members’ loyalty transactions, including information on date, time, and location
- Ticket information is available, including unused and valid tickets, and seat information
Customisation options
- The home screen can be customised to include the client’s logo and top offers, as well as the member’s name
- Offers displayed include all that are valid to the member, and can be set up in the TeamCard Membership Back Office
- Custom offers can be generated within the TeamCard Cloud Membership solution which will appear on members’ home screens and offers tabs
