Customising your offer with the My TeamCard app

Our ‘My TeamCard’ app engages members and fans by providing personal data regarding their activity, including:

  • what tickets they have for events
  • what events they attended and when
  • all their loyalty point activity while making purchases

The My TeamCard app integrates seamlessly with TeamCard’s Cloud Membership solution and stadium access control system.

Information on your members

  • The app can show a member’s full history of attendance, including dates and times
  • You can also access a full history of members’ loyalty transactions, including information on date, time, and location
  • Ticket information is available, including unused and valid tickets, and seat information

Customisation options

  • The home screen can be customised to include the client’s logo and top offers, as well as the member’s name
  • Offers displayed include all that are valid to the member, and can be set up in the TeamCard Membership Back Office
  • Custom offers can be generated within the TeamCard Cloud Membership solution which will appear on members’ home screens and offers tabs
