After a lengthy tender and selection process from all the major suppliers in this sector we decided to proceed with STG and the TeamCard Access membership and Loyalty system. Ultimately their product and vision for where the product was going to be in 3-5 years was the difference for Stoke City football club. It also helped that TeamCard had a very good existing integration with our Ticketing system SEE360 at a number of sports clubs. The implementation process was seamless and TeamCard ensured every milestone in the project plan was met and on time. Goodwood
The TeamCard venue Access solution is at the centre of Goodwood’s operations for all its public events including Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival, Goodwood Members Meeting and the full calendar of horse racing fixtures.
The TeamCard software allows our customers seamless ingress and egress through the TeamCard application on multimedia handheld scanners developed for Goodwood.
Since awarding the contract to TeamCard we have been very pleased with the excellent functionality of the software and TeamCard’s flexibility towards enhancing the production and solution. We have found them to have taken on board our specific requirements with enthusiasm and efficiency and are delivering very exciting operational enhancements for Goodwood.

Gloucester Rugby
We have used TeamCard as our Access Control provider since the beginning of the 2013/2014 Season.
The implementation of the turnstile scanners and the software and printers was flawless and we received support from our Customer Manager from them from the first game we used the system.
We were regularly kept informed of any updates and their service levels should you need them for anything relating to their system is dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Our Customer Account Manager is in regular contact with us to ensure that we are set up for any events that we have as we don’t only deal with regular games we have concerts and other events that require access control.
We were also successful in obtaining fixtures for the Rugby World Cup and although ticketing was outsourced they kept us regularly informed of how Rugby World Cup and TeamCard worked together to ensure the events ran smoothly.
I would have no hesitation of recommending TeamCard as an access control provider and their service levels are excellent.
